However, product images, cover designs, editions, print quality, paper type, or product details may slightly vary depending on stock, publisher updates, or supplier availability.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated. Book Cave reserves the right to change prices, discounts, offers, and delivery charges at any time without prior notice.
If any product price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error, Book Cave reserves the right to cancel or revise the order after informing the customer.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers may receive confirmation by website notification, phone call, SMS, email, or other communication channels.
An order will be considered confirmed only after Book Cave verifies product availability, customer details, delivery address, and payment status.
Book Cave may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, payment failure, delivery limitation, suspicious activity, or technical error.
6. Payment
Book Cave may accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, card payment, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
For online payments, customers must provide accurate payment information. Book Cave will not be responsible for failed payments caused by incorrect details, bank issues, mobile financial service issues, internet problems, or payment gateway errors.
7. Cash on Delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the full amount to the delivery person at the time of receiving the product.
If a customer repeatedly refuses confirmed Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason, Book Cave may restrict Cash on Delivery service for that customer.
8. Delivery
Book Cave delivers products through its own delivery system or third-party courier partners.
Estimated delivery time:
Inside Dhaka: [1–3 working days]
Outside Dhaka: [3–7 working days]
Delivery time may vary due to product availability, courier delay, weather, public holidays, political unrest, natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Delivery charges may vary based on location, product weight, order value, and courier service.
9. Customer Delivery Responsibility
Customers must provide a correct name, phone number, full address, and delivery instructions.
Book Cave will not be responsible for delivery delay, failed delivery, or extra cost caused by wrong address, inactive phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to receive the parcel, or incorrect delivery information.
If a parcel is returned due to customer-side issues, additional delivery or return charges may apply.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Once the order is handed over to the courier or delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.
Book Cave reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issue, payment issue, pricing error, delivery limitation, or suspicious activity.
11. Return and Replacement
Customers may request return or replacement only in the following cases:
The delivered product is damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is missing from the order.
The delivered product does not match the confirmed order.
The book has major printing or binding defects.
Return or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Customers must provide order number, clear photos or videos of the product, packaging photos, and a valid reason for the request.
Book Cave reserves the right to verify the issue before approving any return or replacement.
12. Non-Returnable Items
Return or replacement will not be accepted if:
The customer changed their mind.
The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake.
The product was damaged after delivery.
The product is used, written on, torn, folded, marked, or altered.
The original packaging or invoice is missing.
The issue is reported after the allowed return period.
Minor cover variation, edition variation, paper shade difference, or printing tone variation may not qualify for return unless the product is materially different from the confirmed order.
13. Refund Policy
Refunds may be applicable if:
Book Cave cannot deliver a prepaid order.
The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
A valid return is approved.
Replacement is not possible.
Book Cave cancels a paid order.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or through another agreed method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval. Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Book Cave.
14. Damaged or Wrong Product
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong product, the customer must contact Book Cave within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused and in its original condition until Book Cave completes verification.
Book Cave may offer replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
15. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. Sometimes a product may appear available on the website but become unavailable due to stock update delay, supplier issue, or simultaneous orders.
In such cases, Book Cave may cancel the order, offer an alternative product, offer later delivery, or refund the paid amount.
16. Offers and Discounts
Book Cave may provide discounts, coupon codes, promotional offers, bundle offers, or free delivery offers from time to time.
Book Cave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any offer at any time.
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash. Multiple offers may not be combined unless clearly mentioned.

21. Limitation of Liability

For any order-related claim, Book Cave’s maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
22. Force Majeure
Book Cave will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, political unrest, strike, road blockage, courier disruption, internet failure, government restrictions, war, or other force majeure events.
